The annual meeting of the Board of Directors of Meadow Hill was called to order at 7 p.m. in the Clubhouse on Thursday, December 16, 2010 by the president, John Goselin.<\/p>\n
Board of Directors: J. Goselin, R. Bouchard. L. Fillion, J.Trustey,
\nC. Hannah, APM<\/p>\n
The roll call was taken at the sign in table.<\/p>\n
C. Hannah read the proof of notice.<\/p>\n
A motion was made and seconded to waive the reading of the minutes of the previous December annual meeting. The motion passed unanimously.<\/p>\n
Reports<\/strong><\/p>\n President, J. Goselin presented a financial update including;<\/p>\n Capital Expenses<\/p>\n The Reserve Study.<\/p>\n Long Term Capital Plan<\/p>\n The budget was reviewed.<\/strong><\/p>\n There was no opposition to the proposed budget for 2011.<\/p>\n The budget was adopted.<\/p>\n President, J. Goselin presented the accomplishments of the past year;<\/strong><\/p>\n Replacement of the pool heater.<\/p>\n Purchase of new benches and picnic tables.<\/p>\n Repair of two broken water lines.<\/p>\n Removal of trees deemed dangerous.<\/p>\n J. Trustey spoke on the need for unit owners to consider participating on the Board.<\/strong><\/p>\n Upcoming projects;<\/strong><\/p>\n Grass re-seeding.<\/p>\n Review of the Reserve Study and future needs to be evaluated.<\/p>\n A new survey (census) of unit owners will be planned for 2011..<\/p>\n FHA Certification will be investigated.<\/p>\n Proxies were collected.<\/p>\n The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at 8:23 pm.<\/p>\n Respectfully submitted,<\/p>\n L.
