\nBoard of Directors Meeting
\nJune, 2011<\/p>\n
\u00a0The Annual meeting of the Board of Directors of Meadow Hill was called to order at 7:07 p.m. in the Clubhouse on Thursday, June 30, 2011 by the president, John Goselin.<\/p>\n
Roll call was taken at the sign-in-table.<\/p>\n
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by J. Goselin.<\/p>\n
C. Hannah, APM read the proof of notice.<\/p>\n
A motion was made and seconded to waive the reading of the minutes of the previous meeting. The motion passed unanimously and the minutes were approved.<\/p>\n
Election of Officers<\/strong><\/p>\n J. Trustey, nominating chairman, presented the nominees for positions on the Board. They are incumbents J. Goselin and L. Fillion for three year terms.<\/p>\n M. Bouchard and D. Kychia volunteered to act as inspectors to collect and tally the ballots.<\/p>\n A motion was made by T. Kolwicz and seconded to place in nomination the name of J. Goselin. The motion passed unanimously.<\/p>\n A motion was made by E. Strong and seconded to place in nomination the name of L. Fillion. The motion passed unanimously.<\/p>\n J Trustey asked for nominations from the floor.<\/p>\n No nominations were presented.<\/p>\n A motion was made and seconded that nominations be closed.<\/p>\n The Secretary- L. Fillion cast the single votes for J. Goselin and L. Fillion as requested.<\/p>\n Election Results<\/p>\n J. Goselin and L. Fillion were re-elected to three year terms.<\/p>\n \u00a0Unfinished Business<\/strong><\/p>\n Questions were taken from the floor.<\/p>\n A copy of the reserve study will be provided at the Hollister House for residents to view for guidelines as to future plans for Meadow Hill.<\/p>\n The lawn problems in areas will be looked at in the fall.<\/p>\n The cracks in the tennis courts will be will be addressed and the net straps need will be referred to the maintenance staff.<\/p>\n \u00a0New Business<\/strong><\/p>\n L. Weeks reported on the status of paving the roads and walkways. He spoke of the hiring of an engineer to assist us in the process.<\/p>\n J. Goselin reported that the Board will observe any areas of walkways deemed unsafe. He also reminded owners of the need to follow the speed limit and follow the pet rules.<\/p>\n R. Bouchard reported on the budget and that we will have $500,000 in reserves by the end of the fiscal year.<\/p>\n C.
