The Annual meeting of the Board of Directors of Meadow Hill was called to order at 7:00 p.m. in the Clubhouse on Tuesday, June 26, 2012 by the president, John Goselin.<\/p>\n
Roll call was taken at the sign-in-table.<\/p>\n
E. Schaefer our Property Manager of APM read the proof of notice.<\/p>\n
A motion was made and seconded to waive the reading of the minutes of the previous meeting. The motion passed unanimously and the minutes were approved.<\/p>\n
Reports<\/strong><\/p>\n CAI has been successfully renting office space at the Hollister House.<\/p>\n E. Schaefer reported that a straw vote would be taken after discussion on three issues:<\/p>\n 1. The amendment eliminating the horse stable as an amenity.<\/p>\n 2. The appropriateness of installing a unisex bathroom upstairs in the clubhouse.<\/p>\n 3. The feasibility of installing a generator at the Clubhouse to enable its use for a warming center for owners.<\/p>\n A thank you was offered to Rosemary Poole for her assistance in the purchase and cost saving of the new pool furniture.<\/p>\n Sidewalk repairs will begin once problem areas are defined.<\/p>\n Treasurer report-<\/strong><\/p>\n Roger Bouchard reported that $450,000.00 were in the reserves.<\/p>\n The Board of Directors was introduced to the owners.<\/p>\n Jane Harris- grounds chairperson thanked all who helped in updating the planting at the clubhouse.<\/p>\n Election of Officers<\/strong><\/p>\n E. Schaefer asked for 2 volunteers to act as inspectors to collect and tally the ballots. C. Wray and S. Litke volunteered.<\/p>\n A motion was made by Linda Fillion Sec. to place in nomination the name of Moira Finnegan for a position on the Board. The motion was seconded. The motion passed unanimously.<\/p>\n A motion was made by Linda Fillion Sec. to place in nomination the name of David Faxon for a position on the Board. The motion was seconded. The motion passed unanimously.<\/p>\n E. Schaefer asked for nominations from the floor.<\/p>\n No nominations were presented.<\/p>\n A motion was made and seconded that nominations be closed.<\/p>\n The Secretary- L. Fillion cast the single votes for M. Finnegan and D. Faxon as requested.<\/p>\n Election Results<\/strong><\/p>\n M. Finnegan and D.
