\nBOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
\nMARCH 17, 2015<\/p>\n
The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Directors of Meadow Hill was called to order at 1:00 p.m. in the Clubhouse on Tuesday, March 17, 2015 by president, Luther Weeks.\u00a0\u00a0 A quorum was present with the following in attendance:<\/p>\n
Directors:\u00a0 L. Weeks, M. Finegan, C. Pigaty, R. Bouchard and J. Goselin.
\nAPM:\u00a0 E. Schefer and M. Belcher<\/p>\n
The minutes of the regular Board meeting held on February 17, 2015 were approved as written by the Board through e-mail on February 26, 2015.<\/p>\n
Maintenance Report:<\/strong><\/p>\n Open and closed work orders were reviewed.<\/p>\n Committee Reports:<\/strong><\/p>\n Landscape Committee \u2013 M. Finnegan \u00a0stated that the committee\u00a0 will meet to finalize the\u00a0 proposal for landscaping services.<\/p>\n Amenities Committee \u2013 C. Pigaty\u00a0 talked about\u00a0 replacing \u00a0clubhouse hall lights downstairs.<\/p>\n Friends of the River \u2013 M. Finnegan\u00a0 stated that this group will start meeting again soon.<\/p>\n Owner\u2019s Forum<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0Treasurer\u2019s report:<\/strong><\/p>\n In D. Faxons absence, L. Weeks stated that\u00a0 our income was approximately $200 more than expected and expenditures were under budget.<\/p>\n Calendar and correspondence were reviewed.<\/p>\n Old Business:<\/strong><\/p>\n Maintenance standards for heat tapes will continue to be worked on.R. Bouchard, J. Goselin and D. Covert will research the issue of heat tapes.<\/p>\n Parking rules \u2013 a draft was included in Board package.\u00a0 The Board will walkaround the complex to look at areas and then vote on any rule changes.<\/p>\n A motion was made by C. Pigaty to spend not more than $400.00 to purchase and install 3 lights for the downstairs clubhouse \u00a0hall and mens room.\u00a0 Seconded by M. Finnegan.\u00a0 Passed unanimously.<\/p>\n New Business:<\/strong><\/p>\n Unit #328 is requesting an additional\u00a0 a\/c system.\u00a0 A motion was made by C. Pigaty to appove with the stipulation that it is done on the existing slab on the north side with a hold harmless agreement. Motion seconded by M. Finnegan.\u00a0 Passed unanimously.<\/p>\n Motion by J. Goselin and seconded by R. Bouchard to waive late fee for unit #179. Approved unanimously.<\/p>\n Manager\u2019s Report<\/strong><\/p>\n E. Schaefer explained the coverage and liabilities regarding damages to homes due to the ice and snow this year.\u00a0 He will send out a \u00a0letter \u00a0to owners explaining all of the issues.<\/p>\n The Board went into Executive Session at 2:25 p.m.\u00a0 The Board came out of Executive Session at 2:40 p.m.<\/p>\n A motion was made by C. Pigaty and seconded by R.
