Weeks, D. Faxon, J. Goselin, R. Schneider<br \/>\nAPM: Eric Schaefer<\/p>\n<p>Roll call was taken at the sign in table. 31 owners were represented.<\/p>\n<p>Proxies were collected.<\/p>\n<p>Eric Schaefer read the proof of notice.<\/p>\n<p>A motion was made by J. Goselin and seconded by R. Schneider, to waive reading of the previous, December, 2014 meeting. Passed unanimously.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Faxon presented the 2016 budget, and answered questions from 2 owners.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The budget was adopted without a vote, due to there being fewer than 50% + 1 owners present. However, a non-binding sense of those present and their proxies was taken: In favor of the proposed budget, 29, opposed, 2 votes.<\/p>\n<p>A motion was moved by J. Goselin, seconded by D. Faxon to allow the Board to approve the minutes rather than wait a year for the next budget meeting. Passed unanimously.<\/p>\n<p>There was no new, nor any unfinished business.<\/p>\n<p>A motion was made by D. Faxon and seconded by J. Goselin t adjourn, at 7:29 PM.
