Executive Session<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Executive Session was convened at 12:27pm by President Ed Litke at the Clubhouse, 1st Fl. A quorum was present with the following in attendance: Directors: C. Abbott, N. Gordon, E. Litke, L. Weeks, C. Wanat \u00a0and APM\u2019s E. Schaefer. Absent L .Abbott<\/p>\n

The Executive Session was adjourned at 1:25pm<\/p>\n

Open Session<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Open Session was convened at 1:32pm with the same present at the Clubhouse 2nd Fl.<\/p>\n

President\u2019s Remarks<\/strong><\/p>\n

President Litke stated concerns with the length of the last meeting.\u00a0 Our goal is to complete the meeting by 3:00pm or 3:15pm at the latest.<\/p>\n

Capital Projects and Work Orders<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 R. Bouchard, Friends of the River: – completed work for the year. Concerned to have some brush hog work done.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 L. Weeks, Pool Committee \u2013 just at exploratory stage now.\u00a0 Might have work done in Spring, more likely next fall.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 N. Gordon, Landscape \u2013 New Committee has four members, could use another from near Main St. side of Meadow Hill.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 R. Kolwicz, Former Ad-Hoc Landscape \u2013 46 plants and trees planted from recent plan \u2013 Maintenance did great job, also planting seed and soil along Hollister Way South.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 R. Kolwicz. Ammenities \u2013 turning attention to Clubhouse kitchen next.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 J. Soule, LARK \u2013 has several delivery volunteers.\u00a0 Would like two from Stonybrook.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 L. Weeks, Board \u2013 considering replacing metal edge around garage doors with wood-like material. Darien has partially done garage #89, will complete. Owners can view. Board will consider at next meeting. Would save $, look better, less dents..<\/p>\n
