A quorum was present with the following in attendance: Directors: C. Abbott, L. Abbott, E. Litke, L. Weeks, and N. Gordon, along with Manager S. Duncan.<br \/>\nAbsent: C. Wanat.<\/p>\n<p>The Executive Session was adjourned at 1:10pm,<\/p>\n<p><strong>Open Session<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Open Session was convened at 1:30pm at the Clubhouse 2<sup>nd<\/sup> Fl, with the following in attendance: Directors: L. Abbott, E. Litke, L. Weeks, and N. Gordon, along with Manager S. Duncan.<br \/>\nAbsent: C. Abbott, C. Wanat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Capital Projects and Work Orders<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Covert: AC project at the Clubhouse complete except for a few changes required by the Building Inspector. Tomorrow 60 yards of mulch will be delivered, all for owners\u2019 use. Working on getting pool open.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Committee Reports <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kolwicz, Amenities \u2013 Would like $100 for plants for planters in front of the Clubhouse.<\/li>\n<li>Kolwicz, R. Bouchard- Trees subcommittee of Landscaping \u2013 Four more trees to be removed. Would like $500, within budget for four trees to be planted to make up for some of trees being removed.<\/li>\n<li>Bouchard &#8211; Friends of the River \u2013 Bank near Maintenance, planted over the last few years looks great.<\/li>\n<li>Fillian \u2013 Welcoming Committee \u2013 Welcomed #191, #73<\/li>\n<li>Abbott &#8211; Nominating Committee- Anyone interested in a board position was encouraged to give a brief note to Larry regarding your history.<\/li>\n<li>Gordon \u2013 Grounds \u2013 Welcomed Kathy McCarthy Proulx and Mike Proulx to the Committee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Owners\u2019 Forum<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>#314 Mike Proulx would like approval of shrubs he planted behind his garage.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>#314 Kathy McCarthy Proulx thanked Ed Litke for help getting unit changes approved by building inspector while they were in FL.<\/li>\n<li>#270 Kathleen Collins having problems with her address is it West or North. Response:\u00a0 Should be set\/consistent by Town on deed and Post Office \u2013 try Town Clerk and Postmaster for official information.<\/li>\n<li>#122 Tom Lombardo \u2013 New fence behind patio set 18\u201d off. Requests be reset and replaced by lattice which he will pay for.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>President\u2019s Report<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Meadow Hill has never looked better, result of years of good work by Grounds Committee(s).<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Financials <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As of the end of March looks like we are approximately $11,000 under budget, yet about even based on items not yet paid or invoiced.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Manager\u2019s Report<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Directory should be distributed to all residents in next two weeks.<\/p>\n<p>Pilera website up for Meadow Hill, now has minutes, accepting work orders, and you can view your account there.\u00a0 It can be reached from Imagineers website.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Old Business<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gordon moved, L. Weeks 2<sup>nd <\/sup>&#8211; Bird feeder rule change to add Suet feeders. Not approved N. Gordon yes, L. Abbot, E. Litke, L. Weeks no.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>New Business<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Abbott moved, E. Litke 2<sup>nd<\/sup> \u2013 to authorize $100 to amenities for plants for pots in front of Clubhouse. Approved unanimously.<\/li>\n<li>Abbott moved, E. Litke 2<sup>nd<\/sup> \u2013 to authorize $500 to Trees Subcommittee for four trees. Approved unanimously.<\/li>\n<li>Litke moved, L. Weeks 2<sup>nd<\/sup> \u2013 to approve planting of shrubs etc. by #314 behind garage near their unit. Approved unanimously.<\/li>\n<li>Litke moved, L. Abbot 2<sup>nd<\/sup> \u2013 to approve moving fence and replacing with lattice for #122, at #122 expense for lattice. Approved unanimously.<\/li>\n<li>Abbott moved , E. Litke 2<sup>nd <\/sup>&#8211; Change truck insurance to Arbella Ins @$2,200. Approved unanimously.<\/li>\n<li>Litke moved, N. Gordon 2<sup>nd <\/sup>\u2013 accept the bid of Constantine Sealing Service for crack filling @$1,363. Approved unanimously.<\/li>\n<li>Litke moved, L. Weeks 2<sup>nd<\/sup> \u2013 install railings on bridge over Meadow Drain, as close as reasonable to photo submitted by C. Abbott. Approved unanimously.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Adjournment <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Weeks moved, L. Abbott 2<sup>nd<\/sup> \u2013 to adjourn. Approved unanimously.
