{"id":2552,"date":"2018-06-21T05:43:06","date_gmt":"2018-06-21T11:43:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/meadowhill.net\/?p=2552"},"modified":"2018-06-21T05:43:06","modified_gmt":"2018-06-21T11:43:06","slug":"annual-meeting-minutes-june-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/meadowhill.net\/?p=2552","title":{"rendered":"Annual Meeting Minutes June 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Meadow Hill<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Annual Meeting<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>June 14, 2018<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Meeting was convened at 7:14pm by President Ed Litke at the Clubhouse, 2nd Fl.<\/p>\n<p>President Litke informed owners that several projects are being done by our staff this year, at significant savings.\u00a0 For instance the South Fence Project was estimated at $45,000 yet will be accomplished at about $10,000 plus labor.<\/p>\n<p>President Litke turned the chair of the meeting over to Manager Sheila Duncan<\/p>\n<p>Manager Duncan read the Proof of Notice<\/p>\n<p>A motion authorizing the Executive Board to approve the minutes of this meeting was moved, seconded and passed unanimously.<\/p>\n<p>A motion appointing Paul Bryant and Denise Weeks as Inspectors of Elections was moved, seconded and passed unanimously.<\/p>\n<p>Two Board openings for three-year terms were to be filled.\u00a0 The following owners self-nominated prior to the meeting: Connie Abbott, Gene Flynn, Norman Gordon, Polly Labombard, and Vicky Germain.
