A quorum was present with the following in attendance: Directors: G. Flynn, P. Labombard, E. Litke, C. Wanat, and L. Weeks. Absent L. Abbott.<\/p>\n<p>Litke nominated, G. Flynn 2<sup>nd<\/sup> L. Weeks for President. Elected unanimously.<\/p>\n<p>Wanat nominated, G. Flynn 2<sup>nd<\/sup> L. Abbott for Treasurer, Elected unanimously.<\/p>\n<p>Litke moved, C. Wanat 2<sup>nd<\/sup> G. Flynn for Secretary, Elected unanimously.<\/p>\n<p>Litke moved, L. Weeks 2<sup>nd<\/sup> C.
