Owners representing 31 of 129 units were present or represented by proxy.<\/p>\n<p>S. Duncan read the Proof of Notice<\/p>\n<p>The Board members were introduced.<\/p>\n<p>Motion and 2nd that the Executive Board may approve the minutes of this meeting. \u00a0Approved unanimously.<\/p>\n<p>Treasurer Larry Abbot summarized the budget.
