Executive Session<\/strong><\/p>\n

The executive session was called to order by Luther Weeks at 1:02 PMA quorum was present with the following in attendance.\u00a0 Directors: Luther Weeks, Larry Abbott, Ed Litke and Connie Liscomb and Manager Sheila Duncan\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Director Tom Lombardo was absent. The executive session was adjourned at 1:04 PM<\/p>\n

The Executive Board Monthly Meeting was called to order at 1:31 PM with the Directors and Manager noted above present.<\/p>\n
