{"id":2778,"date":"2019-11-25T15:47:43","date_gmt":"2019-11-25T21:47:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/meadowhill.net\/?p=2778"},"modified":"2019-11-25T15:47:43","modified_gmt":"2019-11-25T21:47:43","slug":"board-minutes-november-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/meadowhill.net\/?p=2778","title":{"rendered":"Board Minutes November 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Board Minutes<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Meadow Hill Executive Board Meeting<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>November 20, 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Executive Session<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The monthly Executive Board Meeting was called to order at 12:58 PM<\/p>\n<p>In attendance:\u00a0 Sheila Duncan, Luther Weeks, Ed Litke, Tom Lombardo, Larry Abbott and Connie Liscomb.<\/p>\n<p>Executive Session was adjourned at 1:26 PM<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Open Session<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Open session was called to order at 1:30 PM with the Directors and Manager noted above present.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Luther moved to approve the minutes from the October Board meeting. \u00a0Larry 2<sup>nd<\/sup>; \u00a0\u00a0all in favor and minutes were approved.<\/p>\n<p><strong>President Remarks<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Luther passed on any comments<\/p>\n<p><strong>Financial Reports<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Larry Abbott stated that it is forecasted that we will have a balanced budget this year.
