{"id":2783,"date":"2019-12-16T15:14:39","date_gmt":"2019-12-16T21:14:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/meadowhill.net\/?p=2783"},"modified":"2019-12-16T15:14:39","modified_gmt":"2019-12-16T21:14:39","slug":"annual-budget-meeting-minutes-december-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/meadowhill.net\/?p=2783","title":{"rendered":"Annual Budget Meeting Minutes December 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Annual Budget Meeting Minutes<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Meadow Hill<br \/>\nDecember 12, 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Annual Budget Meeting for Meadow Hill was called to order at 7:02 PM by Manager Sheila Duncan.<\/p>\n<p>Sheila introduced all the Board members.<\/p>\n<p>Sheila then read the proof of notice.<\/p>\n<p>Resolve that the Executive Board is authorized to approve the minutes of this meeting. Linda Fillion motion to accept, Ed Litke 2<sup>nd<\/sup>, approved<\/p>\n<p>Reading of the minutes of the previous annual budget meeting, \u00a0motion made to skip<\/p>\n<p>Larry Abbott reviewed highlights of the 2020 proposed budget to include major areas of increases and projects planned for 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Questions from members were taken and answered.<\/p>\n<p>Since less than half the units were represented, under Connecticut law the Budget was approved automatically.<\/p>\n<p>Total of members voting was 27.\u00a0 1 proxy vote against and 26 votes approved the budget for 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Larry Abbott motion to adjourn,\u00a0 Linda Fillion 2<sup>nd<\/sup> the motion.
