\nDecember 18, 2019<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Executive Session<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The monthly executive board meeting was called to order at 12:59 PM<\/p>\n

In attendance: Sheila Duncan, Luther Weeks, Ed Litke, Larry Abbott and Connie Liscomb.<\/p>\n

Tom Lombardo was absent.<\/p>\n

Executive session was adjourned at 1:14PM<\/p>\n

Open Session<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Regular Board Monthly Meeting was called to order at 1:30 PM with the Directors and Manager noted above present.<\/p>\n

Minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n

The minutes from board meeting on November 20, 2019 were previously approved unanimously by email on 11\/25\/2019.<\/p>\n

President Remarks<\/strong><\/p>\n

Luther Weeks stated that the next board meeting will be held in February. There will not be a board meeting in January.\u00a0 There will also be an open listening session to be held in February.<\/p>\n

Financial Reports<\/strong><\/p>\n

Larry Abbott reviewed and recapped the current financial position.<\/p>\n

Maintenance work order review<\/strong><\/p>\n

Darien indicated that we would need to order more salt.\u00a0 All agreed to go ahead and order 2 more pallets.<\/p>\n

Project List for 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ed Litke reviewed making some amendments to the list.<\/p>\n

Linda Fillion welcomed Todd Blais to Meadow Hill. Unit # 242<\/p>\n

She also stated that in 2019\u00a0 9 new unit dwellers were welcomed, while in 2018 there were 8.<\/p>\n

Variance request 167 N\u00a0 wrought iron railing on rear entrance; Connie moved to approve; Luther 2nd<\/sup>; all in favor; approved<\/p>\n

Employee policy manual<\/p>\n

Luther presented and reviewed; moved to approve; Ed 2nd<\/sup><\/p>\n

Luther moved to review some minor amendments\u00a0 Connie 2nd<\/sup> all in favor amendments approved<\/p>\n

Luther moved to accept the employee manual with amendments; Connie 2nd<\/sup>;\u00a0 all in favor; approved<\/p>\n

2020 Project list<\/p>\n

Larry moved to accept; Connie 2nd<\/sup>\u00a0 all in favor approved<\/p>\n

Connie motion to adjourn ; Larry 2nd<\/sup>\u00a0 all in favor;\u00a0 adjourned at 1:58PM<\/p>\n

On 12\/15\/19 The revised 2018 financial audit was unanimously approved by email.<\/p>\n

On 11\/22\/19 The board unanimously approved by email the Woodward\u2019s request at 193N to have until 5\/31\/20 to paint their newly installed front door \u201cMeadow Hill brown\u201d<\/p>\n
