{"id":2813,"date":"2020-04-13T06:37:41","date_gmt":"2020-04-13T12:37:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/meadowhill.net\/?p=2813"},"modified":"2020-04-13T06:37:41","modified_gmt":"2020-04-13T12:37:41","slug":"march-2020-board-minutes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/meadowhill.net\/?p=2813","title":{"rendered":"March 2020 Board Minutes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Board Minutes<br \/>\n<em>Emergency board meeting\u00a0\u00a0 3\/19\/2020\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a012:00 PM<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minutes:<\/p>\n<p>On 3\/19\/2020 an emergency board meeting was call to review and adopt policies for Meadow Hill during this time of COVID-19<\/p>\n<p>The meeting began via Zoom at 12:00 PM<br \/>\nPresent:\u00a0 Luther Weeks, Larry Abbott, Ed Litke and Connie Liscomb<br \/>\nAbsent: Tom Lombardo<\/p>\n<p>A flyer concerning policies that Meadow Hill will adopt and be effective immediately with regard to\u00a0 the corona virus was discussed and reviewed and unanimously approved by those in attendance.<\/p>\n<p>It was agreed that the flyer will be printed out and distributed to all households that afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting was adjourned at 12:10 PM<\/p>\n<p>Submitted by<br \/>\nConnie Liscomb<br \/>\nSecretary<\/p>\n<p>MEADOW HILL\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 APPROVALS<\/p>\n<p>The following items were presented and approved by email by the board of directors throughout the month of March<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Highlights landscaping contract was unanimously approved by email on 3\/20\/2020<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Unanimous email board approval for unit #46 to replace patio door on 3\/17\/2020<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Unanimous email approval on request by unit 182 to replace the brick walkway with gray stone instead of red.
