{"id":2830,"date":"2020-06-12T09:33:25","date_gmt":"2020-06-12T15:33:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/meadowhill.net\/?p=2830"},"modified":"2020-06-12T09:33:58","modified_gmt":"2020-06-12T15:33:58","slug":"june-2020-minutes-election-and-organization-meetings","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/meadowhill.net\/?p=2830","title":{"rendered":"June 2020 Minutes Election and Organization Meetings"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Minutes for Counting Ballots<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 June 10, 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The zoom meeting for the purpose of counting ballots for the election of new board members was held on June 10, 2020 and began at 1:00 PM.<\/p>\n<p>In attendance was Luther Weeks, (candidate and current president), Sandy O\u2019Leary, (candidate) and Toni Dolan, (candidate) Sheila Duncan(Manager), Connie Liscomb(Secretary) and Larry Abbott(Treasurer).<\/p>\n<p>There were also a couple of residents that tuned in.<\/p>\n<p>There were a total of 76 ballots mailed in.\u00a0 Sheila Duncan, manager, was the reader and Larry Abbott and Connie Liscomb were the counters.<\/p>\n<p>Votes in order:<br \/>\nToni Dolan<br \/>\nSandy O\u2019Leary<br \/>\nLuther Weeks<br \/>\nEd Litke&#8211; write in\u2014declined nomination<br \/>\nConnie Abbott\u2014write in\u2014declined nomination<br \/>\nMike Proulx\u2014write in\u2014declined nomination<br \/>\nVictoria Germani\u2014write in\u2014declined nomination<\/p>\n<p>Elected:<\/p>\n<p>Toni Dolan\u20143 year term<br \/>\nSandy O\u2019Leary\u20143 year term<br \/>\nLuther Weeks\u20141 year term<\/p>\n<p>The meeting adjourned at 1:37 PM<\/p>\n<p>Submitted,<br \/>\nConnie Liscomb<br \/>\nSecretary<\/p>\n<p>These minutes were unanimously approved by email on 6\/12\/2020.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Minutes for Organizational Meeting for Meadow Hill<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 June 10, 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The zoom meeting for the election of new board members was held on June 10, 2020 and began at 3:04 PM.<\/p>\n<p>In attendance was Luther Weeks, ( newly elected board member), Sandy O\u2019Leary, (newly elected board member) and Toni Dolan, (newly elected board member) Sheila Duncan(Manager), Connie Liscomb(Secretary) and Larry Abbott(Treasurer).<\/p>\n<p>Elected New Board Members:<\/p>\n<p>Toni Dolan\u20143 year term<br \/>\nSandy O\u2019Leary\u20143 year term<br \/>\nLuther Weeks\u20141 year term<\/p>\n<p>The new board met for the sole purpose of election of officers for the year 2020 through June 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Beginning nominations for officers Connie Liscomb nominated Luther Weeks as President. Toni Dolan 2nd and all voted in favor.<\/p>\n<p>Sandy O\u2019Leary nominated Connie Liscomb for secretary.
