Executive Board Meeting Minutes<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>August 19, 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Executive Board Session was called to order at 9:15 AM.<br \/>\nMembers Present: Jim Fuda, Deb Wellington, Brenda Berk, and Walter Brownsword.<br \/>\nPer state law, voting on any issues discussed in the Executive Session is done in the Open<br \/>\nSession of the Board of Directors meeting. See the Open Session notes below for any<br \/>\naction taken by the Board on any item discussed in the Executive Session. The meeting<br \/>\nwas adjourned at 9:57 AM.<br \/>\nOpen Session<br \/>\nBoard Members Present: Jim Fuda, Deb Wellington, Brenda Berk, and Walter<br \/>\nBrownsword. Also present: Brian Milano, Imagineers Property Management.<br \/>\nCall to Order: President Jim Fuda called the meeting to order at 10:04 AM.<br \/>\nPresident\u2019s Remarks: Jim welcomed all in attendance.<br \/>\nFinancial Report: Funds received from owners for the roofing project have reached<br \/>\n$1.6 million.<br \/>\nManager\u2019s Report: Brian Milano\u2019s report is included in the board packet.<br \/>\nMaintenance Report: Darien Covert\u2019s report can be found in the Board Packet<br \/>\nBusiness Items:<br \/>\n\u2022 A motion was made by Deb Wellington and seconded by Brenda Berk to approve<br \/>\nrenewing Meadow Hill\u2019s employee health insurance coverage at the same rate as<br \/>\n2025-2026 plan coverage. Vote: Yes 4\/ No 0.<br \/>\n\u2022 A motion was made by Walter Brownsword and seconded by Brenda Berk to<br \/>\napprove the proposal from Viola Landscaping. Vote: Yes 4\/No, 0<br \/>\n\u2022 A motion was made by Walter Brownsword and seconded by Brenda Berk to<br \/>\napprove the Dynamic Stump Grinding proposal. Vote: Yes 4\/No, 0<br \/>\nMotion to Adjourn: Made by Brenda Berk and seconded by Walter Brownsword.
