Your Board of Directors, working with our management company, APM, is attempting to get a very accurate count of the names and ages of the persons occupying each of the 129 units of Meadow Hill. This includes both owner- occupants, renters, and other occupants. We need this information to ensure we are at or above the ratio of 85% of qualifying units with at least one resident over 55 (again this includes owners-occupants or renters). This is critically important that we have this information and that it is accurate. We must maintain the 85% ratio. A survey seeking this information was previously sent out by APM with a requested return date of no later than August 21. As of August 27 only about 50% of the surveys had been returned.
