{"id":804,"date":"2009-12-31T09:47:09","date_gmt":"2009-12-31T15:47:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.meadowhill.net\/?p=804"},"modified":"2009-12-31T09:50:23","modified_gmt":"2009-12-31T15:50:23","slug":"minutes-board-meeting-december-15-2009","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/meadowhill.net\/?p=804","title":{"rendered":"Minutes: Board Meeting December 15, 2009"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Meadow Hill  Inc<\/strong><strong><br \/>\nBoard of Directors  Meeting<\/strong><strong><br \/>\nTuesday, December 15,  2009<br \/>\n3pm Meadow Hill Club  House<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Those Present: <\/strong>J.Goselin, L.Weeks,  L.May, I.Adamson, J.Trustey, J.Harris, C.Hannah, APM, D.Covert, Superintendent<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minutes of the previous meeting were  read, corrected and approved<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Owners Forum <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No activity<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maintenance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The following motions were made and seconded and  approved by the BOD:<\/p>\n<p>The replacement of a handrail near units #136,138 148 at  a cost of $1650 + tax.. Slate steps in this area were  reinforced..<\/p>\n<p>The installation of rubber roofs on three units at a  cost of $1100 per roof.<\/p>\n<p>The hiring of an Arborist to take down three trees and  to do property wide pruning and dead wooding at a cost of $1450 + tax per day.  The contractor is able to complete this project in two to three  days.<\/p>\n<p>The purchase of vertical blinds for the club house  subject to sufficient negative input from owners. The cost is not to exceed  $5,000. This expense will be funded out of the reserve  fund.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Financials<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The budget remains flat for next  year.<\/p>\n<p>L.May reported that we are $5,000 under budget at this  time.<\/p>\n<p>Our reserves total  $335,000.<\/p>\n<p>A CD with CT. River Comm.
