The  roll call was taken in at the sign in table.<\/p>\n<p>C.Hannah read the proof of  notice.<\/p>\n<p>A motion that was made and seconded to waive the reading  of the minutes of the previous meeting was passed.<\/p>\n<p>A motion to change the agenda to allow Attorney Matt  Perlstein to speak before the annual reports were given was seconded and  passed.<\/p>\n<p>Attorney M.Perlstein spoke on the issue of the age  restriction amendment. Questions were taken from residents and a discussion  followed.<\/p>\n<p>A motion was made and seconded to resume the agenda. All  in favor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reports<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Treasurer, L.May, presented a financial update. Topics  included;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Capital Expenses<\/li>\n<li>A  Reserve Study<\/li>\n<li>Long Term Capital Plan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The budget was  reviewed.<\/p>\n<p>A motion was made and seconded to adopt the  proposed budget for 2010. All in favor.<\/p>\n<p>President, J.Goselin, presented the  accomplishments and highlights of the past year.
