She  thanked all the members of the board for their  service.<\/p>\n<p>A motion was made and seconded that the reading of \u201c  proof of notice of meeting\u201d be waived. All in  favor.<\/p>\n<p>A motion was made and seconded that the reading of the  previous meeting be waived. All in favor.<\/p>\n<p>L. Weeks presented the proposed revisions of the by-laws  and rules. Comments were taken from the floor.<\/p>\n<p>L.May, Treasurer, presented a report on the finances of  the association. He mentioned that we have $300,000 in our reserve fund and we  are adding $8,000 to the fund monthly.<\/p>\n<p>A reserve study by a professional consultant is  planned.<\/p>\n<p>J.Goselin, Vice- President, spoke on the issue of  leasing and renting of units He also mentioned that cars speeding in M.H. has  become an issue.<\/p>\n<p>J.Trustey, nominating chairman, presented the slate of  nominees for a position on the Board. They are: C.Abbott, L.May and\u00a0 J.Harris.  J.Trustey asked for nominations from the floor. There were none. A motion was  made and seconded that nominations be closed. All in  favor.<\/p>\n<p>The candidates introduced  themselves.<\/p>\n<p>Ballots were collected and counted by D.Kycia and  M.Lathrop.<\/p>\n<p>L.May and J.Harris were elected to the  Board.<\/p>\n<p>The proposed revisions to the by-laws and rules were  passed.<\/p>\n<p>Meeting adjourned at  8:15pm.<\/p>\n<p>Respectfully submitted,<br \/>\nI.
