As you may have heard, I have accepted a new job and will be leaving APM in late March. It has truly been a pleasure working with the Board and unit owners at Meadow Hill.

The Clubhouse will remain open for all owners every day. Owners may use their key to access the building and the center door will remain unlocked.

We have received several complaints of difficulties presented by parking in front of garages. Please avoid parking in front of garages to assist your fellow residents and to avoid warnings, hearings, and fines.

If heat tape has been installed at your unit, it is important to turn it on when snow is forecasted.

1) Progress requires participation – Consider running for the Board.
2) Sidewalk Paving Committee – Consider participating.
3) Smoke Detectors to be replaced soon.

The Finance Committee has recommended and the board has approved a capital spending plan for 2015. Each year the board evaluates the capital expenditures necessary to keep Meadow Hill properties in good condition and appealing to the eye. The necessary funding comes from you and occasionally from outside sources when necessary. Our goal is to make sure your money is spent wisely.
