Holiday Party – A Success

NEW FURNACE REGULATIONS IN 2013

Do you have any thoughts about possibly installing a new furnace sometime in the next few years? If so, read on.
Bottom-line? Depending upon your specifics, a 90% furnace may bring with it considerable installation costs, versus none with another 80% unit. So if you do see a new furnace in your near future, call your heating contractor to be sure you understand all the costs and installation differences between another 80% furnace and a 90% unit.

Calls RE: Water Protection Service

Recently, the management company has received several calls from unit owners regarding water protection service solicitations received in the mail. Please be assured that the Meadow Hill Association maintains the common element water and sewer lines and unit owners are responsible only for the pipes that service their individual units

Snow storm caution

Please move your car away from the garage parking area before a storm starts.

If you have a mat outside your front door, please remove it before a snowstorm. The mat gets caught up in the snow blower. Once the area is cleared, the mat can be replaced outside your front door.
