Piano Donated For Clubhouse
Meadow Hill has had the good fortune of obtaining a piano for our Clubhouse. Thanks to Michael and Kay Forth for their generous donation.

This Saturday afternoon, celebrating Memorial Day, on the green next to the pool, all who attended the Neighbors Meeting Neighbors picnic had a wonderful and enjoyable experience.
Amendment Passes, Thank You.
The Board extends our thanks to unit owners for responding to our letters and personal contacts to approve the changes to the wording of the Meadow Hill, Inc. Declarations. These changes have been approved. They clarify the information available to existing and prospective owners, helping to avoid unfortunate mistakes. We want to let you know that more changes are anticipated, primarily due to changes in Connecticut Common Interest Ownership Act, which become effective July 1st, 2010.

Financially speaking, 2010 continues to be a very good year for Meadow Hill.
It’s Mulch Time
As you have already noticed, Darien and Tim are underway mulching the common areas and it’s looking great. We expect some mulch to be left over and we will provide it to residents for their personal use, at no cost, and until supply runs out.
New Landscaping Contract
The Board of Meadow Hill contracted Westside once again to do the landscaping for 2010. This was based on the owner’s vision for Meadow Hill and the hard work of his crew. The owner of Westside agreed to the contract if each unit owner agreed to one of the following scenarios:
