When we purchase a product, sign an agreement, or take a new drug, we don’t like it when the fine print negates the benefits claimed in the advertising or the sales pitch. That is the situation purchasers, lessees, and owners confront today when even the “fine print” in the Meadow Hill Declaration is ambiguous.
Update: 4/21/2010: In the last few days several additional owners have approved the Amendment. Such that we are over the 80% requirement and it has been passed.

We are asking you to approve proposed changes to our charter, changes that your board unanimously supports. The objective of the changes is to better clarify the language surrounding Meadow Hill age restrictions.

After extensive research, our Amenities committee selected and recommended new style blinds for our clubhouse and the board voted its unanimous approval.

Financially speaking, 2009 was another very good year for Meadow Hill.

We recently engaged Advanced Reserve Solutions, a consulting company specializing in condo financials, to assess the ability of our current financial reserves to meet our future capital demands.

The greenhouse environment not only suits plants, but also provides an ideal habitat for a variety of insect pests.
