In addition to Meadow Hill, they have performed at the White House and opened for the Rockettes in New York City. Residents of the River View section of Meadow Hill have traditionally hosted this event and will begin planning soon. Details should go out in late November.

Doo Wop Shop to return for Holiday Party

Last year they were the best ever entertainment at our Holiday Party. Within two weeks after that, they opened in New York for the Rockettes and entertained for two hours for the Obamas at a private Whitehouse party.

Save the date, Dec 5, 2015. In demand throughout New England to Washington, D.C, since 1993, the Doo Wop Shop will entertain us with songs we will all remember and never forget.

On Sept 10th, Mike Hodges of Westside gave the following presentation to the Grounds Committee at their request Please note that this is not a recommendation of Westside or represent a plan endorsed by the Grounds Committee or Executive Board.

I would like to touch base on some the changes and progress the property has made from the grounds and horticultural stand point. We have had some weather challenges that started us off on the wrong horticultural foot. However, Mother Nature has given us some more agreeable weather for growing condition to date.
