Landscape Redesign Project
Beginning in February, the landscaping design committee will meet to initiate a unified approach to managing Meadow Hill’s common area grounds. Initial planning will address application of top soil, use of quality grass seed and grooming which will create a more uniform appearance to the grounds throughout the complex.
Common Fees No Longer Accepted At Hollister House
Please be advised, as of December 10th, common fee payments will no longer be accepted in the mail slot at the Hollister House. . Should you wish to drop off your common fee payment at Advance Property Managementy. Alternatively, you may wish to sign up for automatic deduction of your common fee payments from your checking account.
Snow Storm Caution/Reminders
Please move your car away from the garage parking area before a storm starts. Darien and Mike want to continue keeping our parking areas as clean as possible.
If you have a mat outside your front door, please remove it before a snowstorm. Themat gets caught up in the snow blower. Once the area is cleared, the mat can be replaced outside your front door. Maintenance Staff.
