We expect to vote in January on a proposal to complete the roads in 2014 by means of a loan. The plan was presented at the December Budget Meeting.
In summary, by doing the roads in 2014, we can have Certainty, Uniformity, Value, and Beauty for about $31,000, without a special assessment.
In January we expect to repeat the presentation for all owners and have exact terms for the loan to be voted upon. To complete the roads in 2014, a majority of the owners must vote for the proposal.
