Each Meadow Hill resident can bring two items (per unit) that they would like to discard, to a designated area at the Maintenance Building. Darien and Tim will then take the items to the Transfer Station using the Meadow Hill pick-up truck and the Meadow Hill Transfer Station Permit.

Please be aware that a NEW SPEED HUMP will be placed on Hollister Way South prior to winter. Please  remember the speed limit is 15 MPH.

Our Stonybrook Labor Day cocktail party held on September 3, 2011 was a success. All who attended enjoyed themselves and appreciated the mum giveaway. Our thanks go out to the committee for all their work.

The Executive Board has recently reminded residents that it is the unit owner’s responsibility to replace ‘Water Heaters’ on or before their expiration date. Ellie Augur and Dottie Kycia are putting together a list of people interested in replacing their water heater.

We encourage our condo owners to call our master insurance company (USI Services of Ct. Inc.) for clarification of coverage. We also encourage owners to talk with your personal insurance representative regarding changes in coverage.
