Fall “Clean-Up Day” will be on Tuesday, October 11. Each Meadow Hill resident can bring two items (per unit) that they would like to discard, to a designated area at the Maintenance Building. Darien and Tim will then take the items to the Transfer Station using the Meadow Hill pick-up truck and the Meadow Hill Transfer Station Permit. You must bring the items to the designated area on the afternoon of the 10th or by 10:00 a.m. on the 11th. There are some restrictions for the items such as no refrigerators or sleeper sofas, etc. A good rule of thumb is that it can’t be too heavy or too bulky for Darien or Tim to lift. If an piece is too cumbersome for some of our residents to carry to the area themselves, please ask a neighbor or family member to help. Darien and Tim WILL NOT be stopping to pick up items from your unit. We will do another “Clean-Up Day” in the spring.
