We are asking you to approve proposed changes to our charter, changes that your board unanimously supports. The objective of the changes is to better clarify the language surrounding Meadow Hill age restrictions.

After extensive research, our Amenities committee selected and recommended new style blinds for our clubhouse and the board voted its unanimous approval.

Financially speaking, 2009 was another very good year for Meadow Hill.

We recently engaged Advanced Reserve Solutions, a consulting company specializing in condo financials, to assess the ability of our current financial reserves to meet our future capital demands.

The greenhouse environment not only suits plants, but also provides an ideal habitat for a variety of insect pests.

On Friday December 11,2009 the dinner and entertainment were a huge success. Thanks to Riverview committee and Gerry Whittemore chairperson.

Crunching popcorn, laughter and lots of Greek Music were heard at first ever Meadow Hill Movie night. This November event was a great success. More than 30 movie goers attended the movie “Mamma Mia”
