What a great turnout, on August 8, for the Ice Cream Social. The sundaes, milkshakes, and banana splits were enjoyed by all that attended.

Now that Fall planting season is here, The board would like to take this opportunity to clarify the responsibilities of the unit owners.

The Board is currently reviewing bids from two vendors to perform a reserve study. This study will help us to better identify, quantify and plan our future infrastructure costs.

As of August 27 only about 50% of the surveys had been returned. If you are one of those who have not returned the survey, you are requested to PLEASE return your survey to APM ASAP.

First, I want to thank everyone in Meadow Hill, including all of the many volunteers, who have helped to make our community such an outstanding place to live.

As a courtesy to Meadow Hill residents, our Manager, in conjunction with a regular weekly meeting with the staff and various Board Members, stops at the Hollister House on Wednesday mornings (only) to pick up fee payment envelopes left in the mail slot. If your payment is left between Thursday and the following Tuesday, and one of those days is the 10th of the month, it will be late.

All owners will soon receive a mailing from APM asking you to verify the names of all residents and their date of birth

Several of the residents of Meadow Hill have spoken to me about establishing a group of Meadow Hill residents to help keep the weeds at bay between scheduled weedings by the landscapers.
