6.2. Nothing shall be placed or stored in the common areas or common properties without prior consent of the Executive Board except as hereinafter expressly provided.

6.14 Unit Owners plantings shall not exceed an area of 4 feet from the foundation without approval from the Executive Board.

Also, spring planting is completed and grounds requests and concerns should be called into APM as a work order.  You can check the status of the work order by calling Jane Harris.
