Please note the upcoming June election for Board members. In June at our annual meeting of unit owners two positions on the Board of Directors become open and elections are held to fill them. If you are interested in becoming a board member or just learning what the position entails contact a member of the nominating committee, either
– Joe Trustey or Dan Kaplan.

We have two residents interested in joining the Board of Directors.

I’m Dave Faxon, Unit 33, and I am running for a position on our Board of Directors.

My wife Linda and I have lived here for more than a year and we love the Meadow Hill community.   We have been married fifty years and have four children and seven grandchildren.

During my career, I held a number of executive financial management positions, including that of CFO and Controller.  I have an MBA and strong experiences relating to both financial planning and controls.

I believe in shared visions, doing what is right, and using common sense.  As a board member, my first priority would be to maintain our strong financial position.

I am asking for your support at our June meeting.

Thank you!
Dave

Hello, I’m Moira Finnegan and I would like to join Meadow Hill board of directors. I have lived here since 5/10 and am looking forward to many more years in Meadow Hill…Having owned and operated my own business, I understand the aspects of running a small company and I believe I would bring a solid business focus to our board. Prior to that, I was a Department Director with a staff of 34 people in an Information Technology Department of a Hartford Insurance

Company. I have a Bachelors Degree from UConn. with an emphasis in Business/Management. As a board member I would focus on our beautiful location,

and in particular, the landscaping, amenities, and our proximity to the river to

preserve Meadow Hills uniqueness. My motto: Meadow Hill=Security, Ambiance, Marketability
