Please be mindful that Common Areas are the responsibility of Meadow Hill. Any removal or plantings must be approved by the executive Board. Unit Owners plantings shall not exceed an area of 4ft. from the foundation without approval from the Executive Board. FYI: pruning of shrubs occurs about the middle of June with the final pruning by November 1st. Weather must be taken into account in keeping with this schedule.
