**Please note all paving work is dependent on weather**
To: All Residents
On Friday, May 9th, Hollister Way North will be closed from Main Street to the traffic circle near the clubhouse. This includes all parking lots within this area. The binder coat of pavement will be put down in this area and will be closed to vehicle traffic for approximately 5 hours. This entrance will be reopened at the end of the work day and left open through the weekend.
On Monday, May 12th, Hollister Way North will be closed again from Main Street to the traffic circle near the clubhouse, including all parking lots within this area so that curbing may be installed. The entrance will be reopened at the end of the work day, however, it will take a minimum of 3 days for the new curbing to set. It is imperative that everyone be careful not to drive over or step on curbs while they are setting.
Later in the week, the final coat of pavement will be put down on this section of Hollister Way North and the area will be blocked off to vehicle traffic until the pavement has cured (a minimum of 3 days). During this time, vehicles (including emergency personnel) will have access to the property through the South entrance and may access Hollister Way North via Hollister Way West.
A separate crew will continue grading and leveling the base layer on Hollister Way South while the above work is taking place. Please continue to follow the guidelines set forth in previous notices (see reverse of this page) for parking and assistance. It is important that residents in the Stoneybrook area leave garage doors open or unlocked during the work day for this phase of the project.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation throughout this project.
Continued Reminders & Parking Procedures
Residents who will need to leave their homes during the day (7 a.m. -5 p.m.) should be sure to move vehicles from their garages to areas with fuchsia temporary parking signs by 7 a.m. Vehicles may remain in their garages if they will not need to be used before 5 p.m. ALL vehicles must be out of parking lots that are being worked on by 7 a.m. and parked in areas marked with fuchsia temporary parking signs. Vehicles that are not moved or are parked in such a manner that impedes the paving process may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
Requirements and Arrangements:
- All garages in work sections should be left open or unlocked.
- Vehicles you might want to use during the day should be removed from garages and parked in areas marked “Temporary Parking During Paving Project” – fuchsia signs will be posted in approved areas. This applies to days when work is being accomplished or days where pavement must not be driven on.
- All vehicles must be removed from work section parking lots.
- We will provide on-call golf cart service in work areas from 8:00am to 4:00pm and for emergencies. Call 860-728-9460
