The Amenities Committee has recommended and Board has approved opening the upper level of the clubhouse to residents on weekends, beginning Saturday, October 5. Here are the ground rules:
- Access to the upper level is limited to residents, who will be free to use any of the upper level’s equipment/facilities, including the refrigerator behind the bar and the TV.
- Resident’s access to the upper level will be through the inside connecting door at the ground floor entrance. Residents wishing to go to the upper level should use their Meadow Hill key to enter through the left hand door at the ground floor entrance to get to the connecting door.
- The connecting door will be unlocked at 9 a.m. on Saturdays and will remain open until Monday morning at 9 a.m.
- To accommodate Meadow Hill functions and other scheduled activities for the upper level, the connecting door will remain locked on those weekends, as necessary.
- Residents wishing to use the upper level for extensive or exclusive functions should contact Marge
- DeMay for information and scheduling. Meadow Hill charges a fee for exclusive use of the upper level.
- Residents are asked to not adjust the clubhouse thermostats as they have been set by the maintenance staff to provide a comfortable temperature throughout the weekend.
- Residents using the upper level are asked to clean up the area they used before they depart remove any items they placed in the refrigerator, and reposition furniture that they may have moved.
- Because the upper level (and lower level) will be open to all residents, residents are reminded to use common sense and to show courtesy when using any clubhouse facilities.
Note that access to ground floor facilities remains unchanged.
