Emergency board meeting 3/19/2020 12:00 PM
Minutes:
On 3/19/2020 an emergency board meeting was call to review and adopt policies for Meadow Hill during this time of COVID-19
The meeting began via Zoom at 12:00 PM
Present: Luther Weeks, Larry Abbott, Ed Litke and Connie Liscomb
Absent: Tom Lombardo
A flyer concerning policies that Meadow Hill will adopt and be effective immediately with regard to the corona virus was discussed and reviewed and unanimously approved by those in attendance.
It was agreed that the flyer will be printed out and distributed to all households that afternoon.
The meeting was adjourned at 12:10 PM

MEADOW HILL APPROVALS
The following items were presented and approved by email by the board of directors throughout the month of March
- The Highlights landscaping contract was unanimously approved by email on 3/20/2020
- Unanimous email board approval for unit #46 to replace patio door on 3/17/2020
- Unanimous email approval on request by unit 182 to replace the brick walkway with gray stone instead of red. This was passed on 3/17/2020
- On 3/18/2020 the board unanimously approved by email vote to waive fees in the amount of $519.00 that have accumulated for unit #44 due to an inadequate transfer of records when Imagineers took over as property management firm.
