On time and under budget! The numbers are in and the final cost for our siding project was $1,418,000, or about 5.4% under budget. By now you should have all received a letter from APM notifying you of your final cost. If you have not received a letter, call APM immediately and notify them. For those owners who have already paid for their siding, a refund check will be mailed to you in the second half of March. For those who have not paid, your payment in full must be received by APM no later than Friday, March 13. For those choosing the 10 year loan option, you were to have notified APM of your intention back on February 27 and your first monthly loan payment was due March 1 with a ten day grace period. When you see Darien and Tim, please give them a big “Meadow Hill Thank You” for all their support and hard work on the siding project. They were a huge factor in us coming in under budget. As for our 2009 YTD operating expenses, we are just slightly over budget through January. This is primarily because of all the “S’s”…i.e. snow, sleet, storms, sand, salt, and shoveling.
