I need your help! Westside agreed to the contract with the Meadow Hill board with one caveat–they either do all landscaping to the individual unit or none. This includes edging, weeding, trimming, (with the exception of a red ribbon on the bush/tree and trimming is done twice a year) etc. So please tell you neighbors of this if you see them trying to tell the landscapers what to do.

I need your help! Westside agreed to the contract with the Meadow Hill board with one caveat–they either do all landscaping to the individual unit or none. This includes edging, weeding, trimming, (with the exception of a red ribbon on the bush/tree and trimming is done twice a year) etc. So please tell you neighbors of this if you see them trying to tell the landscapers what to do. APM maintains a list (the Westside workers are familiar with this list) of those who do NOT want landscaping services and if an owner tries to tell them differently, Darien will speak to the owner. I just learned about this and there will be an article in the next Lark.

Also, there is some Rosetone, Plantone and Hollytone in the maintenance area for you to use if you feel plantings in the COMMON areas need a little jolt! Please return the fertilizer after after use.
