Paving Update, June 4th
The final paving of the South Entrance and parking lot are planned for today. That area will remain closed until Saturday or Sunday.
Paving Update Thursday May 8
On Friday, May 9th, Hollister Way North will be closed from Main Street to the traffic circle near the clubhouse. This includes all parking lots within this area. The binder coat of pavement will be put down in this area and will be closed to vehicle traffic for approximately 5 hours. This entrance will be reopened at the end of the work day and left open through the weekend.
On Monday, May 12th, Hollister Way North will be closed again from Main Street to the traffic circle near the clubhouse, including all parking lots within this area so that curbing may be installed.
Paving Update Monday May 5th
Residents who will need to leave their homes during the day (7 a.m. -5 p.m.) should be sure to move vehicles from their garages to areas with fuchsia temporary parking signs by 7 a.m. Vehicles may remain in their garages if they will not need to be used before 5 p.m. ALL vehicles must be out of parking lots that are being worked on by 7 a.m. and parked in areas marked with fuchsia temporary parking signs. Vehicles that are not moved or are parked in such a manner that impedes the paving process may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
Roads Meeting Continuation
The Roads and Loan meeting will be continued on March 11th, 3:00pm. The only agenda item will be the Board voting on the owner proxies for the roads.
