I need your help! Westside agreed to the contract with the Meadow Hill board with one caveat–they either do all landscaping to the individual unit or none. This includes edging, weeding, trimming, (with the exception of a red ribbon on the bush/tree and trimming is done twice a year) etc. So please tell you neighbors of this if you see them trying to tell the landscapers what to do.

At the Meadow Hill Board meeting on July 28th, we finalized the revised rules published in June. Based on owner feedback we restored the full text of rule 12.16 where the therapeutic aides clause had been inadvertently omitted.

The July Board Meeting has changed from July 21st to July 28th.
