Three requests:

The Clubhouse is open to residents from  10 am Saturdays until 9am Mondays, unless reserved for other functions.  Please take care to turn lights off and   clean up.

It has been suggested that each unit owner bring 2 large containers, or 3 medium, or 5 small with labels containing your name and unit number

Thanks to all who were able to attend the OctoberFest Party this year. A good time was had by all.

The Amenities Committee has recommended and Board has approved opening the upper level of the clubhouse to residents on weekends, beginning Saturday, October 5. Here are the ground rules:

The Fall Cocktail Party sponsored by Stonybrook was held on September 7, and was enjoyed by all who attended. Wonderful hors d’oeuvres and the “mum” giveaway made the day special
