Landscape Redesign Project

Beginning in February, the landscaping design committee will meet to initiate a unified approach to managing Meadow Hill’s common area grounds. Initial planning will address application of top soil, use of quality grass seed and grooming which will create a more uniform appearance to the grounds throughout the complex.

Beginning in February, the landscaping design committee will meet to initiate a unified approach to managing Meadow Hill’s common area grounds. Initial planning will address application of top soil, use of quality grass seed and grooming which will create a more uniform appearance to the grounds throughout the complex. The committee has met and will continue to work with town officials to seek their guidance in identifying those invasive species encroaching Meadow Hill’s paddock and wetlands. As these plants mature, the committee will be seeking volunteers to provide hands on labor and other support for these activities as guided by the town of Glastonbury. In support of these efforts, the Board of Directors asks all residents to refrain from personal alterations to any of the common areas which are not permitted without explicit permission from the Board.
