Last month, paper copies were distributed only to those without email addresses on file. We’re now up to 80 of our 129 residences receiving the Lark electronically.
For those 49 units where we do not have an email address, a paper copy is being delivered to the door for the very last time. Paper recipients are receiving a cover letter with the Lark, advising them which of several outside boxes should be accessed to pick up their copy beginning with the November issue. As per the cover letter, residents can call to request a change in box assignment location. You’ll begin to see the boxes on trash doors shortly before the November distribution. Paper recipients are being asked to use the assigned box/location to assure everyone using the boxes will find a copy at their location. As you may recall, the new distribution boxes are intended to provide local delivery, due to the difficulty getting people to make a long term delivery commitment, and winter delivery challenges.
If you are receiving the Lark by email, please don’t take a paper Lark from the boxes. It could deprive others of their only way to receive the Lark.
