Annual Budget Meeting Minutes

The Annual Budget Meeting for Meadow Hill was called to order at 7:00 PM by Manager Sheila Duncan.
This Annual Budget Meeting was held on Zoom.
Sheila introduced all the Board members. Luther Weeks, President; Toni Dolan, Vice President; Connie Liscomb, Secretary; Larry Abbott, Treasurer and Sandy O’Leary, Director.
Sheila then read the proof of notice.
Resolve that the Executive Board is authorized to approve the minutes of this meeting. Oksana Charla motion to accept, Luther 2nd All approved
Reading of the minutes of the previous annual budget meeting by Sheila Duncan.
Larry Abbott reviewed highlights of the 2021 proposed budget to include major areas of increases and projects planned for 2021.
Questions from members attending were taken and answered.
The budget will be ratified by mail. Ballots have been sent to all homeowners and should be received at Imagineers office by December 21, 2020.
Imagineers will send a notice to all homeowners after all ballots are counted regarding approved or denied.
Larry Abbott motion to adjourn, Connie Liscomb 2nd the motion. Approved unanimously.
