This meeting was called to continue with the agenda originally proposed for the meeting held on Jan. 20th ,09
Financial
The balance sheet was reviewed.
E.Shafer is revising the balance sheet to make it easier to understand.
A motion was made and seconded to release 15,000 dollars of the “hold-back”
money to XU. All board members voted in favor of the motion.
Managers Report.
The board went into executive session
The board came out of executive session.
The association will proceed with the removal of the tree on the NW corner of the Hollister House at a cost of $3150.00.
A decision was made by the board to install heat cables on roofs, gutters and downspouts on units that have had a problem with “ice- damming” and leaks. APM received a letter from USI that the installation of heating cables /tapes on roofs, gutters and leaders is acceptable to them and would not jeopardize coverage or premiums.
