As you know, Meadow Hill’s covenant requires that at least 85% of our units have a resident who is age 55 or older. To ensure that we comply with that requirement, it is critical for us to continually maintain an accurate record of our census. Accordingly, all owners will soon receive a mailing from APM asking you to verify the names of all residents and their date of birth. It is very important for you to respond to this mailing.
