We have had a number of calls from Meadow Hill owners who complained that checks left at the Hollister House between Thursday, July 9 and Tuesday, July 14 were not picked up. Payments are due by the 10th of each month. As a courtesy to Meadow Hill residents, our Manager, in conjunction with a regular weekly meeting with the staff and various Board Members, stops at the Hollister House on Wednesday mornings (only) to pick up fee payment envelopes left in the mail slot. If your payment is left between Thursday and the following Tuesday, and one of those days is the 10th of the month, it will be late. If leaving a payment at the Hollister House means that it will not reach APM before the due date, you need to either deliver it yourself to APM or mail it in time to be received by the close of business on the 10th. – Chuck Hannah
