Minutes for Counting Ballots
June 10, 2020
The zoom meeting for the purpose of counting ballots for the election of new board members was held on June 10, 2020 and began at 1:00 PM.
In attendance was Luther Weeks, (candidate and current president), Sandy O’Leary, (candidate) and Toni Dolan, (candidate) Sheila Duncan(Manager), Connie Liscomb(Secretary) and Larry Abbott(Treasurer).
There were also a couple of residents that tuned in.
There were a total of 76 ballots mailed in. Sheila Duncan, manager, was the reader and Larry Abbott and Connie Liscomb were the counters.
Votes in order:
Toni Dolan
Sandy O’Leary
Luther Weeks
Ed Litke– write in—declined nomination
Connie Abbott—write in—declined nomination
Mike Proulx—write in—declined nomination
Victoria Germani—write in—declined nomination
Elected:
Toni Dolan—3 year term
Sandy O’Leary—3 year term
Luther Weeks—1 year term

Minutes for Organizational Meeting for Meadow Hill
June 10, 2020
The zoom meeting for the election of new board members was held on June 10, 2020 and began at 3:04 PM.
In attendance was Luther Weeks, ( newly elected board member), Sandy O’Leary, (newly elected board member) and Toni Dolan, (newly elected board member) Sheila Duncan(Manager), Connie Liscomb(Secretary) and Larry Abbott(Treasurer).
Elected New Board Members:
Toni Dolan—3 year term
Sandy O’Leary—3 year term
Luther Weeks—1 year term
The new board met for the sole purpose of election of officers for the year 2020 through June 2021.
Beginning nominations for officers Connie Liscomb nominated Luther Weeks as President. Toni Dolan 2nd and all voted in favor.
Sandy O’Leary nominated Connie Liscomb for secretary. Larry Abbott 2nd and all voted in favor.
Luther weeks nominated Larry Abbott for Treasurer, Connie 2nd the nomination and all voted in favor.
Larry Abbott nominated Toni Dolan as Vice-President, Connie Liscomb 2nd and all voted in favor.
Sandy O’Leary is elected as director.
